How much can I contribute to my Dependent Care FSA?

The maximum contribution limit for any given plan year is $5,000.00. Single and/or Married Couples filing jointly can contribute $5,000.00, but couples filing separately can only contribute $2,500.00.

When do I receive reimbursement for my Dependent Care FSA?

Dependent Care FSA requires that the funds come out of your payroll prior to receiving reimbursement. An employee may submit an Annual Claim Form at the beginning of each plan year with a receipt to receive reimbursement automatically per payroll or you may submit claims on a per-need basis.
